Andreea is specialized in civil and administrative litigation, being involved in numerous cases, with a focus on insolvency and bankruptcy matters, commercial disputes, real estate litigation, enforcement proceedings, administrative law, expropriation related issues, tax disputes and arbitration.

Among her relevant work in the insolvency and bankruptcy area, she was involved in several procedures, including complex eight – figure projects, regarding the acquisition of assets and real estate, as well as material disputes regarding the enforcement or annulment of such contracts.

Her expertise also includes assisting clients in corporate law disputes such as disputes between shareholders or between the company and its shareholders, as well as intellectual property related matters.

She is involved in high profile administrative law cases, including tax matters, cases related to urban planning documentation and real estate, regarding construction permits obtained by relevant companies on the Romanian market and also assisted an important group of companies in the expropriation procedures.

Andreea participates in arbitration matters, assisting clients in complex cases related to the execution of FIDIC agreements under the auspices of the Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as tender proceedings, advising and assisting a major construction company in the procedure concerning the awarding of one of Romania’s most valuable infrastructure contract.

In the consultancy area, she is involved in real estate, corporate and M&A projects, regarding land title, property rights or territorial planning, as well as high – profile commercial transactions, advising relevant real estate developers in the process of land acquisition or major joint-venture deals conducted by leading companies on the entertainment market. She also takes part in significant projects involving the renegotiation of corporate documents for publicly listed companies in the energy sector.

Prior to joining PBC Attorneys at Law, in 2020, she gained significant experience as a trainee in a top – tier international law firm.

Her academic background also includes a Master’s Degree in Business Law. She is fluent in English, holding a Proficiency Certificate, as well as German.
