As a litigator, she is constantly involved in complex disputes in various matters, with a focus on real estate, administrative law, urban planning, enforcement proceedings, employment law, commercial and tax disputes.

Florina has successfully covered a wide range of high-stakes litigation, such as contentious administrative involving the annulment of administrative acts and damages, civil litigation involving contractual liability etc.

As for the real estate sector, Florina has been involved in litigation concerning, for example, restitution of property, expropriation procedures, compensation for lack of use in favour of the owner of the land for previous periods, cancellation of urbanism documentation.

Her expertise also includes assisting clients in corporate law disputes, such as disputes between shareholders or between the company and its shareholders or former shareholders, as well as advisory matters relating to share acquisition.

At the same time, Florina has expertise in the area of consultancy, providing assistance to clients on various aspects such as business development, due diligence services.

Florina graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and further attended the Master in Judicial Career at the same University. She is fluent in English.
