She has been involved in a large number of court cases in various areas such as real estate litigation, administrative law, tax disputes, and intellectual property litigation, her tasks ranging from drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation to representing clients in relation with the authorities. In the corporate M&A area she worked with the partners of PBC Attorneys at law in complex joint-venture projects. She participated also in a litigation and consultancy project related to expropriation for the cause of public utility, corporate litigation and public services contract. Florina Culea has a particular interest in administrative law, real estate and Corporate M&A.

Prior to joining PBC Attorneys at Law, she gained experience as a researcher assistant in top-tier law firms, including PBC Attorneys at Law, and in prestigious legal institutions such as the Superior Council of Magistracy and Prosecutor’s office within their internship programs
