Her real estate background includes a wide range of court cases and judicial proceedings related to urbanism planning and documentation, annulment of Local Urban Plans, construction authorization, at PBC Attorneys at Law being involved in development projects with a total value exceeding 20 million Euros. She also represented individual clients in court proceedings related to land expropriation and inheritance disputes, managing all phases of the litigation process.

Laura Prodea advised public companies in relation with the corporate matters and public services execution

She was recently involved in a litigation case of more than 4 million Euros for a global technology provider of state-of-the-art information protection and management solutions. Her portfolio includes many litigation cases between professionals for the execution of contractual obligations.

In public procurement area, Laura Prodea covers the entire spectrum of services from concessions contracts, public acquisitions to European funding procedures, public procurement litigation and arbitration, offering legal consultancy on various public procurement matters, reviewing financing contracts, drafting contracts and additional documents for public financing. She was involved in various litigations related to the termination of public contracts with a cumulated value of approx. 30 million Euros,and advised public institutions regarding non-reimbursable grants for cultural projects, programs and actions.
