Since joining our team, in 2022, Lucian provided in-depth expertise in matters such as real estate litigation regarding the protection of property, expropriation, restitution laws, as well as in urban planning litigation, administrative litigation, forced execution, public procurement, and execution of FIDIC contracts.
His regular activities include preparation of pre-litigation documents, drafting of procedural documents and representation of clients before national and public authorities, courts, and arbitral tribunals.
Lucian has experience in legal advising by drafting corporate documents, conducting complex real estate due diligence analyses, and advising companies about their strategic commercial decisions.
Lucian joined PBCA upon graduating Law School at the University of Bucharest in 2021 and after completing a Master’s Degree in Private Law at the same University. His academic resume is completed by a Bachelor’s Degree obtained from the University of Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne and two Master’s Degrees from the same University in the fields of European Law and International Business Law respectively.
He is fluent in French, German and English and is familiar with European and international public and private law being able to demonstrate a rare multifaceted approach and insight into the clients’ legal challenges.
