Litigation proceedings and consultancy matters are subjects of great interest to Mihai and he is eager to expand his legal knowledge within our team.

As Junior Associate, his regular activities include preparation of pre-litigation documents, drafting of procedural documents and representation of clients before courts and national & public authorities.

Mihai is particularly interested in Civil, Administrative, Commercial & Labor Law and Civil Procedure. As a student, he achieved outstanding results in moot court competitions.

He is fluent in English.
