She graduated from Law School at the University of Bucharest in 2013 and has a Master’s Degree in urban planning law.

In her role at PBC Attorneys-at-Law, Raisa specializes in administrative and urban planning law, but also in the areas of real estate and tax consultancy.

Prior to joining PBC Attorneys-at-Law, she gained experience first as a Legal Adviser to big companies in Bucharest, by providing assistance and legal representation, and then as a lawyer specializing in civil, commercial and administrative law where she gained useful experience for her current role. She also has solid base of knowledge and experience in intellectual property, tax, and M&A.
