In her role at PBC Attorneys-at-Law, Miruna specializes in civil and administrative litigation, but also in the area of real estate, tax and M&A consultancy.

Before joining our team, she worked as Legal Adviser to a public company in Bucharest, providing assistance, consulting and legal representation to the company and its employees, drafting contracts and negotiating them on behalf of the company. She also acted as Cabinet counsellor for a secretary of state for over a year, gaining valuable experience in the public sector.

She has a Master’s Degree in Law, as well as a Foreign Policy and Diplomacy Certificate from the Romanian Diplomatic Institute.
